Episode 79
Today, Allison is making her case for a consistent nap and sleep schedule for your baby or child. Allison knows that many parents initially resist the idea of putting their baby on a schedule, and often set out as new parents with the goal of being flexible and continuing the “go with the flow” lifestyle they led before becoming parents. She was one of those parents, too – initially. But through her own experience with her first daughter, she learned that there is actually a lot of freedom in the predictability of a schedule. In this episode she explains why that is the case, and urges listeners to consider how some consistency could benefit your family as well.
